QSource strives to meet quality expectations of clients by constantly improving its recruitment practices. There are several procedures in place aimed at constantly improving the quality of the operational throughput. The major steps for ensuring quality delivery includes
Qualify at the Requirement Stage:
Eliminate doubts and clarify the requirements on primary as well as secondary skill requirements such as Job title, experience level, Work Location, No of Positions and education constraints(if any)
Account Managers shall get urgent requirements as well as demand projection from the client. This would facilitate pipeline generation
Clearer process of requirement allocation by Delivery Lead leading to faster and more accurate qualification of resumes
Once the candidate has been short-listed on the basis of his/ her resume and communication capability, the technical team evaluates on his/her technical competence. A detailed technical evaluation is recorded on an evaluation sheet. Apart from technical competence, candidates are assessed on communication capability, attitude and interest levels for the assignment. Suitable candidates are short-listed and submitted to the client.
This process ensures that qualified, technically sound candidate resumes are submitted saving considerable amount of time and efforts of the client. All submissions are mapped against the request and the status of the request / submission updated regularly.
Qualify at the Sourcing stage:
Intensive training of Recruiters to enable them to conduct effective resume qualification
After an initial discussion with the candidate, the recruiter has to assess the resource on parameters such as communication, attitude, project experience and contribution, reasons for shifting, current and expected salary, notice period and any other constraints
