Holidays
The average number of paid holidays will vary from 9-12 days. The holiday year usually runs for a calendar year, i.e., January to December. Holidays might differ based on the assignment.

Insurance
As an employee of QSource you are covered under the group Medicalim Insurance policy and personal accident policy.

Statutory payouts
All statutory contributions are paid up as per the requirement of the law.

Employee Referral program is to enable an employee to refer his/her acquaintances for an opportunity to work with Big Brands.

Eligibility
The employee must be a buddy of the referral. Both the referring employee and the buddy must be in active and continuous employment with QSource at the time of the referral amount payment.

Rights
QSource reserves the rights to place the employee's referral to any suitable employment & QSource's decision will be final.

FAQ

What is the difference between 'Sourced Staffing and 'Payroll Staffing''?
In "Sourced Staffing" the responsibility of identifying and recruiting the concerned employees would rest with QSource and in "Payroll Staffing" the same would rest with the Client Organization before the employees are transferred to the rolls of QSource.

What are the joining formalities?
The joining process generally involves new employees submitting documents to support educational qualifications and work experience. The offer and appointment documents are issued by QSource.

The employee is required to report to the concerned lead at the clients place on the date of joining. Post joining QSource, a member from HR team will be in touch with the employee to process further formalities.

Employees also need to fill in the following forms when they join the Company:

Personal Information Sheet
Application for opening a Bank A/C
PF Nomination form
Tax declaration

How are the salaries processed?
Salary will be processed on pre-defined pay out days based on submission of client approved timesheet. Salaries are processed to each employee's respective corporate salary a/c.

What are the contact details for reference checks?
The above mentioned number needs to be provided for all employment verification and reference checks. It is advised that the employee provides the relieving document issued by QSource to the respective verification agency for quicker and easier reference.
