Managing Employee Performance
QSource has a well defined performance appraisal process in place to record the contribution of employees on a quarterly basis. At the beginning of every quarter after mutual discussion, Key Result Areas are set for each employee. This helps the employee understand the organization's expectations and allows them to focus their energy towards these KRAs. At the close of the review quarter, Employee performance is reviewed through the following process:
- Employee does a self review and shares the review data to Reporting lead
- Lead reviews and provides the comments
- Employee and Lead discuss face to face on past performance and expectations for forthcoming quarter
- Along with performance review, development needs are identified and training is scheduled
- Appraisals are done every 6 months and increments / promotions are given to deserving employees
