Pricing under contract staffing is a complex issue as it is dependent on several factors beyond the control of the client and ourselves. Usually the internal bench helps in fulfilling only a small portion of the demand. Consequently, the majority of resources have to be sourced from the market. This factor impacts pricing as the skill available is always subject to change.
Price quotations are given for specific resources for a particular timeframe. Prefixed rates limit the resume samples that can be shortlisted. The following rate range serves as an indicative guide
Pre-employment skills verification
QSource assesses resources in multiple ways depending upon the skills to be assessed. For skills where QSource has internal technical resources, these resources conduct skill-specific technical assessments. For large volumes hires, trained recruiters utilize skill specific questionnaires prepared by technical teams in order to assess potential resources. QSource is currently beta testing an internally developed tool for conducting online tests. The proposed tool has been designed to enable automation of the assessment process for a large variety of skills.
