QSource has tied up with partners which are engaged in application development and are willing to offer bench resources. Subcontracting suppliers addressing gaps in QSource offerings and agreeable to work as per specified SLAs are considered for empanelment. Standardised agreements are executed and the arrangement is formalized.

QSource vendor manager monitors the activities of subcontractors. No differentiation is made between employees and subcontractors. The HR team follows up with all deployed resources to ensure concerns are addressed. Subcontractor suppliers are expected to have contracts with their resources ensuring their continuity on the present assignment. Smooth transition and replacements clauses ensure that the service is performed without any interruptions. The sub vendors are periodically assessed upon predefined SLAs and further action initiated.
