Engagement Model
QSource offers to undertake comprehensive payroll management responsibilities by proposing a specific engagement model. Under this engagement model, Client's role and responsibilities will be limited to the following
- Identify suitable resources for the support position
- Finalise compensation payable
Communicate the list of short-listed persons, roles, compensations, start dates at periodic intervals
- Contribute to the development of the resources by participating in appraisals, making annual salary revision recommendations, conducting trainings, organizing team events, etc.
- Inform QSource of contract termination and extension with a 2 week notice
- QSource would: Employ the selected resource on terms indicated by Client. Employment terms would cover compensation package, start dates, work locations, durations etc
- Communicate with selected candidates on a continuous basis till he/she joins
- Report to the Client in case of any discrepancies (No-show, Candidate not interested, etc.)
- Collect and maintain all employee data including timesheets and leave records
- Handle statutory deductions such as PF and Income tax
- Jointly resolve HR issues with Client
