Technical assessment of potential resource through online test available across skills or written tests conducted on premises
Feedback capture against every candidate interviewed by the client in order to assess future suitability
Conceptualizes, formulates and implements a defined capability development plan
Is involved in generating tools for supporting the recruitment methodology such as identifying technical experts, technical papers, online testing portal and building resume databank.
Conducts training for the team and offers guidance on the latest technical trends
Builds a network with experts ( technical & soft skills ) in order to give internal training
Assesses and validates existing recruitment methodology with a view to enhance related processes
Monitors team performance by analyzing performance matrices
Ensures adherence to established recruitment practices
