- Candidates wanting to upgrade skills (e.g. 2+ years experience)
- Partner having large homogeneous requirement on a regular basis
- Placement cum Training organizations having good credential and good trainers
Under this engagement model, roles and responsibilities of stakeholders would be as follows:
QSource
- Identifies suitable candidates
- Arranges for initial screening process with the partner
- Arranges training with the suitable vendor
- Directs candidates clearing training and selection process for interviews with the partners
- Deploys candidate on Contract to hire assignments
Partner
- Assures selection of candidates matching T&D process.
- MOU facilitated for each batch on number of candidates, requirements, timelines, etc.
- Identifies requirements on specific skills where the candidates are required
- Ascertains contents for training in consent and approval with the Partner
- Sets test parameters in consent with the partner (Certifications, internal tests, etc.)
- Has a coach in charge of the process and for driving the same across technologies
- Provides 1 point contact on all requirements
- Procures projections well in advance for the people and technologies for better planning of T&D.
- Conducts initial screening on communication skills, etc., prior to canditate being trained
Candidate
- Will be a graduate with excellent communication skills and English language ability (BE / MCA preferred)
- Should have original certificates and should be willing to submit the same to QSource
- Should have a minimum of 2+ years experience in a specific technology and should be willing to invest a minimal fee on upgrading his/her skills which is reimbursable on a later date by QSource Should be willing to relocate should the partner or client require the same
- Should be willing to travel for onsite opportunities
