Managing Employee Performance
QSource has a well defined performance appraisal process in place to record the contribution of employees on a quarterly basis. At the beginning of every quarter after mutual discussion, Key Result Areas (KRAs) are set for each employee. This exercise helps the employee understand the organization’s expectations and allow him / her to focus energies on achieving these KRAs. At the close of the review quarter, Employee performance is reviewed through the following process:
- Employee undertakes self review and shares review data with Reporting Lead
- Lead offers feedback on employee’s self-review
- Employee and Lead discuss face to face on past performance and expectations for forthcoming quarter
- Development needs are identified and training is scheduled for the current quarter
- Appraisals are conducted every 6 months and increments / promotions are given to deserving employees
